Yoga is a scientific, artistic, and philosophical discipline rooted in ancient tradition, designed to support the holistic evolution of an individual. It works simultaneously on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels, promoting overall well-being and balance. The practice of Yogāsanas (physical postures), Prāṇāyāma (using the breath to guide one’s energy), Shatkriyas (internal cleansing techniques) and Dhyāna (meditation) guides practitioners toward health, harmony, and self-realization.

If you are a beginner, we recommend starting with our live Ghar Ghar Yog Batch (Hath Yog Sadhana program specially designed for newcomers). This foundational course introduces the basics of yoga from the ground up, helping you build a strong and steady practice.

If you're new to yoga, start with Ghar Ghar Yog (our live foundational Hath Yog Sadhana batch for beginners). After three months of GGY or six months of regular practice elsewhere, you can move on to Yog Adhyayan (Live Intermediate Batch).Women seeking reproductive or hormonal balance, fertility support, or willing to connect with their feminine energy may join Shakti Yog Sadhana(live female wellness batch) only after completing one month of GGY or two months of yoga practice elsewhere. Pregnant women can enroll in Garbh Yogabhyas(live, beginner friendly), and individuals above 55 can join Yoga for the Elderly(live, beginner friendly). For specific health concerns, explore our pre-recorded, self-paced Health Reset Yog courses. To educate yourself through Yog, check out our pre-recorded, self learning sessions under AdhyatmaYog Short Courses. All the above programs are online. For offline experiences, watch out for updates on Adhyatma Yog Parichay(one day offline workshop) and Adhyatma Yog Sadhana(6-days residential journey).

For an online yoga class, the essentials include a yoga mat, a device with a large screen, decent speakers, and high-speed internet. Sometimes, you may also need props like blocks, straps, a chair, or bolsters/cushions to support and enhance your practice.

Yoga is a daily practice, thus, for best results, consistency is key. We offer live classes on all weekdays and strongly encourage you to attend regularly. In case of emergencies or if you're in a different time zone, please make sure to follow the class recordings(we provide recordings for every live offering). On weekends, we recommend engaging in Swadhyay (self-practice) to deepen your understanding and connection with your practice.
