Yog Adhyayan is a deeply disciplined beginner to intermediate Hath Yog Sadhana, crafted to purify the body, prana, and mind. This comprehensive practice enriches your yog journey, focusing on yogic kriyas, asanas, pranayam, bandhas, dhyaan, and the essence of yog philosophy leading to inner transformation and self discovery.

Sadhana Eligibility
- Sadhaks who have completed 3 months of the "Ghar Ghar Yog" beginner sadhana.
- Practitioners with at least 6 months of consistent practice in programs outside Adhyatma Yog.
- Spiritual seekers looking to deepen their sadhana through yoga.
- Individuals dedicated to transforming their holistic health through yoga.

ANUSANGRAHA (Absorb)

Deepen your yogic wisdom by dedicating a week to studying and understanding the profound dimensions of Yog.
- Understanding Intermediate Asanas with anatomy and alignment.
- Introduction to intermediate level of Pranayam for Nadi Shuddhi.
- Touch upon the fundamentals of Dhyaan.
- Understanding & Integration of Yogic & Ayurvedic Dinacharya
DRIDH ABHYAS (Determined Practice)
Mon - Sat
Embrace a week of disciplined practice of Asana, Pranayam, and Shatkriya to strengthen the physical and inner self.
- Rigorous Hath Yog Asana Abhyaas.
- Jal Neti Shatkriya.
- Practice of Kumbhak, Nadi Shodhan Pranayam & Dhyaan.
- Deep dive in Yog with theoretical understanding of body and energy system.
CHITTA SHUDDHI (Purifying the mind )
Mon - Sat
Recondition the body and mind through profound internalization and the cultivation of non-attachment.
- Internalize with asana abhyaas integrated with bhavs(right attitudes) & breath as a medium.
- Use Bandhas and Kumbhak to purify pranic energy, alongside intensive Dhyaan for thoughtlessness.
- Eradication of toxins with “Laghu Shankh Prakshalan Kriya”.
- Tapas through habit-breaking practices that extend beyond the mat.
- Theoretical and practical understanding of ‘Chitta’.
ANUSHTHAN (Unwavering Observance)
Mon - Fri
A week of Sankalp to reinforce the learnings of three weeks and facilitate the transition to self-practice.
- Transition to self-practice by decreasing reliance on instructions in Asana.
- Higher ratios of Pranayam & increased duration of Dhyaan with Anushthan.
- Daily commitment to one Yogic Niyam for 24 hours, extending beyond the mat.
- Assessment of learnings through structural testing.
- Satsang with Greesha Ji.

This sadhana is suitable for individuals with at least 2 months of guided practice under GharGharYog (GGY) or 3 months of consistent yog practice elsewhere.
The sadhana starts by focusing on the foundations of Hath Yog, gradually building up to advanced techniques. It covers yogic kriyas, asanas, pranayam, and meditative practices, along with an insight into yogic philosophy offering a holistic approach to physical and mental wellness.
The sadhana is not recommended for individuals with severe physical ailments, recent surgeries, or pregnant women. It’s essential to consult your healthcare provider before joining if you have any health concerns.
A consistent practice of 66 days of Yog Adhyayan Sadhana is essential for transitioning to self-practice.
This sadhana is designed for those who have been exposed to some basic experience with Asanas and Pranayam. If you're a complete beginner, we recommend starting with our foundational course Ghar Ghar Yog before joining.
A deeper understanding of Hath Yoga, including advanced asanas, pranayam, and yogic kriyas and profound yoga theory sessions. Moreover, the sadhana will be focusing on building discipline and self-awareness, as well as helping you incorporate yog as a holistic lifestyle practice.
This sadhana program will offer guidance on yogic and ayurvedic dietary principles, including how to integrate Satvik and balanced meals into your lifestyle for optimal health and well-being but we do not provide a diet chart.
