(in-depth)
Throughout the program, we prioritize a thorough exploration of Hatha Yoga, Shatkriya, Jnana Yoga, and Dhyana Yoga. These practices serve as invaluable tools for extending yoga teachings beyond the confines of the mat. By mastering these techniques, practitioners gain the ability to engage in Sadhana independently, without the need for constant guidance from a teacher.
- In depth knowledge of Yoga as a Sadhana
- Delve deeper into the Asanas, Pranayama and kriya practices
- Cultivate yoga practise as a tool to reach a holistic balance
- Learn to design your own yoga practise routines
- Learn yoga philosophy to awaken the inner wisdom
Classes focus on combining traditional Hatha yoga postures, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques. You’ll experience a balance of asanas (physical postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation to support overall well-being. As you progress, we introduce more challenging postures and deeper mindfulness practices.
No prior experience is required! classes are designed to accommodate both beginners and those at an intermediate level. We guide you step-by-step, helping you build a strong foundation and gradually advancing your practice.
Our approach integrates mind, body, and soul, focusing on complete wellness. We emphasize not only the physical practice but also inner balance through breathing techniques, mindfulness, and yogic philosophy to create harmony within and improve daily life.
Consistency is key! Practicing yoga at least 3-4 times a week can bring noticeable benefits, such as increased flexibility, improved strength, reduced stress, and enhanced mental clarity.
All you need is a yoga mat, comfortable clothing that allows free movement, and an open mind! It’s also helpful to have a water bottle and a small towel handy. We will inform if any additional props required for the class.
