After Recognizing the importance of Yoga for the mental health of the employees, we aim at Normalizing Yoga in a Corporate environment. The program extends to workplaces with condensed two-hour sessions. The goal is to let the employees integrate a few traditional yogic practices in their office work routine, thus enhancing their mental and physical health leading to improved productivity and a positive work culture.
Holistic Approach: Adhyatma Yoga encompasses not only physical postures (asanas) but also breath control (pranayama) and meditation techniques. Participants gain a comprehensive understanding of the mind-body connection, promoting overall wellness.
