Through gentle, mindful movements inspired by somatic practices, you'll learn to:

Session 2: Immersive Breathing

Session 3: Decoding Karma & the Patterns That Shape Our Lives
In this interactive theory session, we'll explore the yogic understanding of karma—not as punishment or fate, but as a way to better understand our actions, habits and the choices we make every day.
