Female wellness yoga helps improve flexibility, strength, balance, and relaxation while supporting overall health and vitality. It can also help alleviate menstrual discomfort, promote hormonal balance, and reduce stress and anxiety.

No, these classes are not suitable for pregnant women or women immediately after their delivery. We have a separate program for pregnant women. Additionally, women may join this once they are out of postpartum (at least 5 months after delivery).

All you need is a stable internet connection, a device to stream the classes (such as a computer, tablet, or smartphone), and a yoga mat. Props such as blocks, straps, and bolsters may be used.

The frequency of practice depends on individual preferences and schedules. Aim to practice yoga regularly, whether it's daily, a few times a week, or whenever you can carve out time for self-care and wellness.
