Yes, prenatal yoga classes are suitable for beginners. Our experienced instructors provide modifications and guidance to accommodate all levels of experience and ensure a safe and comfortable practice.

It is essential to CONSULT WITH YOUR DOCTOR before beginning or resuming yoga asana practice (Regular pregnancy classes which happen 4 days a week). Typically, doctors recommend starting asanas from the second trimester. However, experienced practitioners with uncomplicated pregnancies might be allowed to practice from the first trimester itself.

Having said that know that yoga practices like sukshma vyayam, pranayama, chanting and meditation can be started or continued from the day you test positive for pregnancy (Our Friday pregnancy classes are designed accordingly)

All you need is a comfortable space to practice, a yoga mat, and comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement. Props such as yoga blocks and belt may also be used.
